DaNae Vazquez – Community Manager
DaNae Vazquez has been in the industry for 11 years and truly enjoys building connections with her residents. Knowing her residents love where they live genuinely makes her happy. When she’s not working, you can find her on an adventure with her son or spending time with her family. Fun fact: she earned a Gold Medal at the Junior Olympics and cheered for most of her life. Her favorite thing about FLATZ 512 is how wide and open it feels, with plenty of grassy areas it's something you don’t find very often in communities today.
Brianna Nava – Assistant Community Manager
Bri is new to the industry and brings a versatile background to the team. Before joining, she worked at James Avery, gaining valuable customer service experience, and also managed bookkeeping and accounting at her friend’s ranch. Her mix of organizational skills and people-first approach make her a natural fit in this field. When she’s not working, Bri loves spending time in the fitness center, her favorite amenity at FLATZ 512, where she can stay active and focused. She’s eager to grow in her career and contribute her dedication and energy to the community.
Senayda Rivera – Leasing Associate
Senayda is originally from Florida and moved to San Marcos in 2021. She has had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, including serving as an Attendance Clerk for the Hays School District and as an Assistant Manager at a concrete company. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks with her partner and their two dogs. She also loves spending time at the gym and taking spontaneous trips to Austin to explore new places and soak in the city’s atmosphere.
Koby Whited – Leasing Associate
Koby is new to the industry, bringing with him a unique background and a passion for helping others. Before starting this career, he dedicated his time to rescuing and caring for stray animals, showing his compassion and commitment to making a difference. He also worked as a dental hygienist, where he developed patience, attention to detail, and a caring touch. Outside of work, Koby loves staying active and social. His favorite amenity at FLATZ 512 is the pickleball court, where he can get competitive with friends. He’s excited to grow in this field and bring his energy and dedication to the community.
Jimmie Jimenez – Maintenance Manager
Jimmie is the Service Supervisor at FLATZ 512. He has over 32 years of industry experience and loves to spend time with his family during his free time. Jimmie’s favorite amenity at the community is the walking trail around the pond.
Nick Mata - Service Technician
Nick has been working in maintenance for just under two years and is quickly building his expertise in the field. Before joining the industry, he worked at an Amazon warehouse, where he developed a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend and their beloved fur babies. His favorite amenity at FLATZ 512 is the walking trail, where he loves taking his dogs on long walks. Nick brings dedication, positivity, and a team-oriented attitude to everything he does.
Diego Miranda – Porter
Diego Miranda is a dedicated Porter at FLATZ 512 with over two years of experience in the multifamily industry. A proud San Marcos, Texas native, Diego takes great pride in keeping the community looking its best and creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests alike. He truly loves the FLATZ 512 community and enjoys being part of a team that values quality, consistency, and resident satisfaction. Outside of work, Diego spends his time hanging out with his girlfriend and staying active by running the jogging trail around the community, making FLATZ 512 feel like home both on and off the clock.
