Amanda Benevidez – Assistant Community Manager
Amanda is proud to serve as the Assistant Community Manager for Flatz 512! When she’s not working, Amanda loves to spend time with her family. She has over six years of industry experience and is most excited for the Golf Simulator at Flatz 512.
Jimmy Jimenez – Service Supervisor

Paul Hernandez – Leasing Professional
Meet Paul, one of the Leasing Professionals at Flatz 512. A fun fact about Paul is that he is quite the pasta connoisseur. While this is his first leasing position, he is excited to meet all of the new residents that will call Flatz 512 home. His favorite amenity at the community is the Fitness Center.
